The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville has a new Chief Administrative Officer.
After holding similar positions in the municipal sector including with the City of Guelph, City of Sault Ste. Marie and City of Toronto, Al Horsman has been hired for the position.
Most recently. Horsman was Vice President of Finance with the Province of British Columbia’s EComm911 that provides emergency radio, call-taking and dispatch services.
Officials say he is committed to fostering a collaborative environment and driving initiatives that align with the Counties’ strategic objectives.
