Every Kid in our Communities of Leeds and Grenville, a family centered early intervention program, and Lanark County Child and Youth Services Collaborative are looking for nominations.
The deadline for submission is Thursday, May 15 and you’re asked to complete a submission form with more details found on the every kid website.
Recipients in Leeds and Grenville will be recognized on Sunday, June 22 at the
YMCA of Eastern Ontario in Brockville.
