North Grenville Public Library extends temporary closure, stays connected virtually

North Grenville Public Library is staying connected virtually.

Staff at the library says they are extending the temporary closure of the library due to COVID-19 concerns.

The library is posting activities, resources and video events, including Storytimes with Library Sue on Monday, and Madame Kathy’s French Friday and new to the line-up, Creature Feature with Darren on Thursdays. The postings can be found on their fun for everyone section on the library’s website here.

People are asked to keep items until the library re-opens as bookdrops are closed.

The library says all current due dates will be extended past re-opening, and late fees suspended. Pending Holds and Interlibrary Loans will be available once the library re-opens. Expiring cards will be auto-renewed.

Wifi at the main library branch parking lot is still available with a boosted signal right now.
