A 13-year member of the OPP is facing charges following a domestic dispute.
Last week officers from the Grenville County Detachment responded to a home in Augusta Township after a call came in regarding a domestic disturbance. The officers conducted their investigation and arrested an off-duty member of the OPP.
The 44 year old man is facing multiple charges including possession of a weapon for dangerous purposes, assault with a weapon & mischief. The officer appeared in court on February 2nd and has been assigned to administrative duties.
