Applications are now being accepted for seasonal camping on the Brockville Islands.
Applications can be picked up at the city’s Operation Department from 7:00am to noon and from 1:00pm to 4:00pm on Monday through Friday. 17 seasonal island campsites are available and campers will be selected through a lottery system. Correctly filled out applications will be entered into a draw, which takes place on March 20th at 5:00pm. Sites will be given out in the order they are drawn and the boat used to reach the island must be suitable for the site’s dock.
To be eligible applications, along with full payment and supporting documents, must be at the Operations Department before 5:00pm on Tuesday March 20th. Late and incomplete applications will not be accepted. For more information, contact [email protected].
