North Grenville is welcoming its newest physician.
Dr. Samantha Lavitt is the latest physician to move to the area as part of the municipality’s North Grenville Primary Care Incentive.
She will practice at the Rideau Crossing Family Health Centre in Kemptville.
The municipality adopted the Primary Care Strategy in 2022 in collaboration with local clinics and the Kemptville District Hospital.
“We are delighted to welcome Dr. Lavitt to North Grenville,” says North Grenville Mayor Nancy Peckford. “Her decision to join our community is a testament to the success of our Primary Care Strategy in attracting top-tier medical professionals dedicated to serving our residents.”
Municipal officials say the addition of Dr. Lavitt marks another significant step in North Grenville’s ongoing efforts to enhance healthcare access and quality for all residents.
