Local Kemptville 73’s hockey player Matt Tugnutt will play for Sacred Heart University next season. Tugnutt has committed to the team that plays in NCAA Division 1. Tugnutt is an alternate captain on the 73’s team and has 15 points in 14 games so far this season.
